Sodankylän Madetkoskella suuri 229,4 ha metsätila 4-tien varrella, joka muodostuu yhdestä palstasta.
Metsäarvion mukaan ainespuun määrä 8 035 m³, joka suurimmaksi osaksi nuorissa ja varttuneissa kasvatusmetsissä. Nuoret kasvatusmetsät hyvässä kasvussa olevia tulevaisuuden metsiä. Tilalla on vuonna 1952 rakennettu omakotitalo, jossa olohuone, makuuhuone, keittiö, eteinen ja kuisti. Sähkölämmitys, leivinuuni purettu. Tila rajautuukin valtion maahan, jossa todella laajat metsästys maastot. Metsästysvuokrasopimus Kuritun Jahti ry:n kanssa. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
