Tilaa ei ole vuokrattu metsästysseuralle, mutta myyjän selvityksen mukaan alueella toimii Isokylän ja Luusuan metsästysseurat, joihin ostaja voi hakea jäseneksi. Metsämaat nuoria ja varttuneita tulevaisuuden kasvatusmetsiä. Metsäarvio on tehty viime syksynä ja siinä on käytetty sen aikaisia, tähän päivään verrattuna alhaisempia puunkantohintoja. Time limit for the conclusion of the sale
