Taimikkovaltainen puuhapalsta lähellä Viitasaaren ja Kivijärven rajaa.
Lähellä Viitasaaren ja Kivijärven rajaa, Joutsenjärventie läheisyydessä sijaitseva 17,948 hehtaarin taimikkovaltainen metsätila. Tilan pinta-alasta 70 % on männyn ja kuusen varttunutta taimikkoa. Taimikkoalasta 6,0 hehtaaria olisi perkauksen tarpeessa. Loput pinta-alasta on kasvatusmetsää (14 %), joissa lähivuosina harvennus tarvetta ja uudistuskypsää metsää (17 %). Kasvupohjat kohteella ovat pääosin tuoretta ja kuivahkoa kangasta. Suota tilalla ei ole. Tilan nykypuuston laskennallinen kasvu on noin 3 m3/ha/v. Tilan pohjoisrajalla kulkee Lamminpuro, jonka läheisyydessä maapohja on erittäin kivistä ja louhikkoista. Aluetta voisi tarjota puronkin takia Metso-suojeluun tai Metka-suojelukohteeksi. However, if the completion of the real estate transaction is delayed by more than 8 weeks due to reasons attributable to the buyer's bank, the seller has the right to withdraw from the transaction without compensation.
